Technical Areas

Standards are developed across these technical areas.

Developing standards related to food technologies, food safety, fertilizers, agricultural products, livestock products and poultry.

Developing standards applicable to construction and engineering materials.

Developing standards relating to electrical materials and relevant technical requirements.

Developing standards for chemical-based products, including soaps, detergents, paints, pesticides and other relevant products.

Developing and adopting standards through Technical Committees.

System and product certification and the Somaliland Quality Mark.
